Our class is designed around your needs. Resistance or weight training is clinically proven to improve balance, reduce number of falls and increase confidence in an older population. ​ Resistance exercise has numerous health benefits for your whole body including 1) Reducing high blood pressure and cholesterol. 2) Improving Bone strength and density. 3) Improving muscle tone and functional strength. ​ We conduct an assessment prior to the class to ensure your suitability. This allows us to then tailor the class to your goals.

Community

Our Master's group training ensures you have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. From knowledgeable coaches, nutritionists and physiotherapists. Have fun training with other class members, and socialise outside of class also.
