We start everyone with one to one training, so you get the best start possible, feel comfortable and confident from your very first session.
YES! We boast luxury showers and change rooms so you can get on with your day straight from the gym.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous when joining a gym for the first time. That’s why we sit down for a chat with everyone before they join, to talk about your goals and find the best fit for you.
Our sister gym, FORM, which is 50 meters down the road does! We can help introduce you to that top-class PT facility.
A relaxed 15-20 minute chat (no workout). We learn your goals, history, and schedule, then recommend the best plan to help you achieve YOUR goals.
Yes, all our programmes are suitable but we also run Ireland’s largest and most successful Strength and Conditioning programme for older adults!
Most adults do well with 3-5 coached sessions weekly (mix of strength + cardio). That lines up with health guidelines: ~150 minutes moderate activity (or 75 minutes vigorous) plus 2 strength days. We’ll help you phase this in.
