Our various group classes are the cornerstone of Activate. Each has it’s own focus with options for adjustments to perfectly tailor the experience to you. We’re always testing new concepts while providing the best approaches out there!

This focused training scenario provides a more intimate experience for anyone looking start their fitness journey in a small group or individual setting.

Nutrition forms the foundation of the fitness pyramid. Ever hear the saying “You can’t outrun a bad diet”, well it’s true. You could do all the right things in the gym, but that’s one hour of your 24 in the day. Our nutrition coaching takes a holistic approach, we look at your habits, lifestyle and relationship with food to ensure you gain clear information and lifelong results.

At Activate, you won’t just find amazing coaches, we have also heavily invested in the most important factor when getting fitter. RECOVERY. Cryotherapy, Hot-tub, contrast bathing, Normatec compression boots, EMG stimulation are all available at Activate as well as access to an in-house physiotherapist.

Activate is also home to AthleteID a first in Ireland for specialised athlete testing, profiling and program design.
