Fill out the form to get started
Motivation drops off every summer. It happens to nearly everyone I coach, and most years it happens to me too.
Long days, family stuff, the heat, whatever it is for you, energy dips. That’s not you failing at this. It’s just what happens when life asks more of you for a stretch.
Here’s what I’ve learned coaching people through this for years. You don’t need to feel ready to make progress. You need to show up once, then again, then again. That’s it. Momentum comes from the doing, not from waiting until you want to.
One session this week beats zero. Hitting your food targets most days beats aiming for perfect and hitting none. Progress here isn’t about a flawless week. It’s about the next rep, the next session, stacked on the last one.
If you’re in Killarney, Killorglin, Kenmare, or Rathmore and you’ve fallen off the last few weeks, here’s what actually works to get back on track.

Go back to your reason. Not the vague one. The real one. More energy for your kids. Feeling strong again. Whatever it actually is for you, name it properly.
Talk to a coach. Accountability changes this more than willpower ever will. If you’re already training with us, grab me or one of the team for a proper conversation about where you’re at.
Change the plan, not the goal. If five sessions a week feels impossible right now, start with three. Consistency beats intensity every time, especially in a season like this.
Don’t do it alone. Training with people around you carries you on the weeks your own motivation won’t.
If you’re already training with us, catch me on the floor, that conversation takes two minutes. If you’re not training yet and this is the nudge you needed, that’s exactly what the No Sweat Intro is for.
