You don't have to be fit for crossfit !
I have been coaching crossfit for over 7 years now and I hear too often “I’m not fit enough for classes” or “I won’t be able to keep up with them”. You do NOT have to be fit to do CrossFit. CrossFit is to help you to GET fit. I understand when Crossfit is typed into Google the first thing you see are the buffed men and ripped women doing crazy intense workouts. That is the mere 10% of the Crossfit community who train for a living to compete in global competitions and events.

Crossfit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made of functional movements performed at a high intensity. these movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
