The nicest thing about my holiday

We had a great time on our 2 week jollies in France with the kids.  The food, the weather, the accommodation, everything panned out really well for us.

I came back feeling light and relaxed.  And now, less than one week home I realise that what was most relaxing about the break was not any of the above.  It was getting out of Ireland Inc.  Not hearing about more job losses, An Bord Snip Nua, child benefit being cut or hospital consultants still getting their €25k pay rise.

5 days home and I feel 5 years older.  Wonder does that mean I should go on more holidays or less?
